Kensington Veterinary Hospital*
Kensington Veterinary Hospital is open during our usual days and hours as we are considered an essential business. However, due to COVID-19 we are operating with a curbside service. We are are limiting business to pets with urgent concerns. Since exams are often needed prior to medication refills, we will be seeing some of our patients on chronic medications if we feel we can't postpone the visit. We have also continued to see puppies for their core vaccines as without those we are putting them at risk for potentially life threatening disease. Clients can text or call upon arrival and staff will obtain necessary information prior to the doctor exam and treatments. No clients are entering the building at this time, only pets. We ask that clients who are ill not bring in their pets. We also ask if a family member is ill to inform staff prior to their appointment so our staff can wear additional protective equipment. We are continuing to sell prescription food and medications, and would like to direct clients to our online pharmacy as this supports sheltering in place. Please reference our website for additional details including COVID-19 instructions.
Nan Phelps Photography*
Nan Phelps is running a special Things To Look Forward To Portrait Session Sale through April 30. Purchase your color or black & white portrait session now for $325 (normally $550), and schedule the date later post-quarantine. For more details and to purchase, click here.
Nubo Spa is not physically open while keeping in compliance with the Contra Costa County “Shelter in Place” ordinance. However, Nubo has always been committed to their amazing clients and the community. While in-person services are not currently available, Nubo is offering virtual aesthetic consultations, online skin care product sales, and gift card purchases for future services.
Nubo owners Dr. Shay and Jen appreciate any support as they are a small women-owned business. They are in the process of putting together special package pricing for when we are able to go back to life as we all know it. Be Fierce Be Original Be You! For more information, visit their website or text 510.590.0728.
New storefront hours are 8AM-3PM, every day. Semifreddis is encouraging customers to place/process orders over the phone as much as possible, so that no payment interaction has to occur in the store (they have ordered a new touchless "payment cube", however, which will assist with safer in-store transactions). 510-596-9935
